What types of payments do you accept?

We accept all of the major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

Can I pay with Euro, Dollars or other currencies?

Being based in the UK all of our prices on this website are displayed in GBP £ but you can pay with any currency. Your bank/PayPal will automatically convert the currency.

Do you ship worldwide? 

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. For the complete list check our Shipping page.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as you notify us as soon as possible and no more than 24 hours after you placed the order.

How can I track my order?

If your order has been sent via a tracked service you can request your Tracking Number by contacting us either via e-mail at hello.hatekind@gmail com or via our Contact page. Don't forget to state your Order Number in the subject.

I still haven't received my order, where is it?

Please allow 2-7 business days for dispatch and 5-10 business days for shipping. More info here

Can I make an exchange?

We always strongly suggest to check the info and Size Guides we provide with our product descriptions before buying. If an exchange is still needed please contact us via e-mail. Please note that we reserve the right to decline exchange requests.

The product/size I want is out of stock, when is it going to be back?

I would like to stock some of your products in my store. How can I do that?

If you are interested in stocking our products in your store drop us an e-mail at [email protected] and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible.

I can't use my promotional code. What should I do?

Please note that you can only use one code at a time. If you are still having problems please contact us. Each item we ship may have different delivery times. This is because some products are packaged and shipped separately. More info
